Application

Mabanol Gamma EP 2 Plus is used for the lubrication of slide and roller bearings including those with comparatively high sliding friction. It is suitable for all kinds of industrial machines as well as automotive applications and can be used in a wide service temperature range. Supplementary solid lubricant components improve the pressure absorption capacity and provide emergency running properties. Therefore, Mabanol Gamma EP 2 Plus is well suited to handle impact loads, vibrations and oscillating movements.

Properties

Mabanol Gamma EP 2 Plus is a multipurpose grease using a lithium thickener and is composed of mineral base oils. The grease contains EP additives, corrosion inhibitors and 3% solid lubricants. It offers a good oxidation stability, excellent worked penetration and water resistance. Furthermore it ensures a high load-carrying capacity. Lubricating greases with molybdenum disulphide are not suitable for rolling bears at high speed.
