Extreme-pressure adhesive aluminium complex grease with solid lubricants for loaded open gears.
APPLICATIONS
COPAL OGL 1 is a predominantly designed for use on open gears, in case where an NLGI 1 grade is required.
COPAL OGL 1 was specifically designed for sugar mill brasses. It is also suitable for any other slowly rotating heavily loaded journal bearings, as well in highly loaded plain bearings in the most severe conditions (shocks,high loads, high amount of water,…) or for application requiring a highly adhesive grease (fifth wheel,…).
Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system. COPAL OGL 1 can be applied by hand with brushes, or other adapted tools. A good cleanliness of tools is recommended for optimal lubrication.
