Hydraulic oil according to DIN 51524, part 2, HLP, CETOP HM
AVIATICON HY-ZAF 46 is an HLP hydraulic oil with a special additive package, zinc and thus ash-free additives, for use in hydraulic systems with fine filtering.
The mineral oil-based hydraulic oil contains zinc-free wear protection components, anti-foam additives, as well as oxidation and corrosion protection additives.
The aggregates should be filled in accordance with VDI guideline 3027. Clean filler neck, clean filling vessels, barrel pumps. Filling with filters or filter pumps if possible.
Behavior against sealing material and hose materials according to DIN ISO 13226: 2015-12, DIN ISO 1817: 2016-11 and DIN ISO 7619 checked (HNBR, NBR, AU, SI, FPM, PTFE, limited CR).
