AVIATICON HV 32

AVIATICON HV 32 is a mineral oil-based pressure fluid with particularly favorable viscosity-temperatur behavior (high-VI hydraulic oil).

As baseoil is used paraffin based first raffinate oil. Even with extreme temperature fluctuations and when starting hydraulics from minus temperature range, AVIATICON HV 32 achieves a high degree of uniformity in the operating behavior of the systems.

Optimal wear, corrosion and oxidation protection properties ensure maximum functional safety of the hydraulic systems with extended oil residence times and minimal maintenance.

AVIATICON HV 32 is particularly suitable for hydraulic systems that are subject to very fluctuating temperatures. This includes the entire range of mobile hydraulics as well as all sationoary systems wich operate outdoors (scrap presses, lock gates, loading units, ship hydraulics etc.)

The multi-range character of AVIATICON HV 32 allows for extensive varietal reductions. This largely avoids confusion for the user. Warhousing and order-tanking in the company are simplified.

AVIATICON HV 32 can be used wherever HVLP or HLP hydraulic oils are required. It is shear-resistant and exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils HVLP according to DIN 51524 part 3.
