SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic fluids are high quality hydraulic fluids based on modern baseoils and innovative additives. SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic fluids provide excellent wear and corrosion protection even under maximum mechanical loads, as well as an excellent oxidation stability. Longest oil change intervals signify lower maintenance costs and high profitability. The improved thermal and hydrolytic stability, excellent seal compatibility, and optimum cleanliness of the hydraulic system distinguish the SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic oils. Significant reduction of wear values of hydraulic components compared to standard HLP hydraulic oil and a long service life of the oil filling are achieved by the use of SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic oils.
SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic oils have been developed specifically for use in high developed hydraulic systems where the new stricter Bosch Rexroth RDE 90235 specification is recommended. The specification includes a new practice relevant pump / engine durability test, as well as a specific seal test. SRS Wiolan HB hydraulic oils are claimed under a high load over several hundred hours of operation at high temperatures as well as at low viscosities in different cycles.
