CERAN HRM 460

Extreme-pressure water resistant high temperature “NEW GENERATION” calcium sulfonate complex grease.

APPLICATIONS

CERAN HRM 460 is a heavy duty extreme pressure grease, designed for working roll bearings in Hot Rolling Mills and Continuous Casting Machines in the steel Industry, running under high temperatures, high loads and ingress of water.

CERAN HRM 460 helps to cope with the problem known as “downtime-induced rust” coming from the ingress of cooling water into the bearing and occurs when the bearing is at a standstill condition, while the rolls are being inspected.

CERAN HRM 460 replaces CERAN HVA with backward compatibility

CERAN HRM 460 is also suitable as EP multi purpose grease, in various other industrial applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease.

Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic dispensing system.
