AVIATICON HLP-D 68

AVIATICON HLP-D 68 is a detergent and dispersing hydraulic oil based on mineral oil.

Bondings and deposits are dissolved (deterged) and kept in suspension (dispersed) together with foreign substances that have penetrated the system. Water and water-mixed cooling lubricants are emulsified by AVIATICON HLP-D 68 without significant impairment of the excellent lubrication and corrosion protection properties.

Behaviour against sealing material and hose materials tested according to DIN 53538, DIN 53521 and DIN 53505. (NBR, AN, SI, FPM, PTFE, limited CR).

Polar additives in AVIATICON HLP-D 68 improve the sliding properties and prevent the occurrence of stick-slip phenomena, even under extremely unfavourable operating conditions.

AVIATICON HLP-D 68 is suitable for all hydraulic systems in which HLP oils are prescribed.

Main field of application is the entire range of mobile hydraulics (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, truck lifts, especially F.X: Meiller).

In hydraulic controls and precision hydraulics, as well as in hydraulics of machine tools with connected slideway lubrication and in maintenance units of compressed air systems for the lubrication of compressed air tools, AVIATICON HLP-D 68 has proven itself in practice.

Contamination and wear-related malfunctions of hydraulic systems are largely avoided by AVIATICON HLP-D 68 .

AVIATICON HLP-D 68 exceeds the requirements for HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51524, part 2 in many important properties.
The test for filterability according to Abex Denison TP-02/100 is fulfilled. AVIATICON HLP-D 68 can also be used where lead alloys are used.
