AVIATICON HY-HE 46

AVIATICON HY-HE 46 is an environmentally-friendly fluid medium, based on synthetic esters, without zinc-containing additives.

AVIATICON HY-HE 46 is a fully synthetic, readily biodegradable hydraulic fluid, based on TMP esters with additives ensuring maximum performance. AVIATICON HY-HE 46 can be mixed with conventional mineral-based hydraulic oils in all mixing ratios and at all temperatures, with no risk of conversion problems.

As a result of excellent high temperature stability, combined with very good cold flow behaviour, deposits and adhesion caused by aging products are prevented.

Thanks to its highly effective additives, AVIATICON HY-HE 46 can effectively protect all materials and components of hydraulic systems against corrosion and wear. It is preferable to use it in all hydraulic equipment of the building industry, agriculture and forestry, such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, forestry machines, hydraulic locks, etc. as well as wherever leakages into the environment cannot be ruled out. AVIATICON HY-HE 46 behaves neutrally towards paints, inks and sealing materials.

AVIATICON HY-HE 46 exceeds the requirements for type HEES hydraulic oils according to VDMA 24 568. biodegradability level as determined in accordance with OECD 301 B.
