Application

Mabanol Helium Hyd HLP ZF hydraulic fluids can be effectively applied in the hydraulic systems of rolling mills. Thanks to the very good demulsifying properties of the lubricant, water, which may have penetrated the lubricant, can continuously be drawn off at suitable points within the system. Mabanol Helium Hyd HLP ZF hydraulic fluids are universally applicable in all hydraulic equipment and wherever a high level of protection against wear and ageing is required.

Properties

Mabanol Helium Hyd HLP ZF hydraulic fluids are based on mineral oil and zinc free EP additives. Only base oil yields from German solvent extraction are used for these hydraulic fluids. Mabanol Helium Hyd HLP ZF hydraulic fluids ensure excellent protection against wear and corrosion, even at high mechanical stress, and have exceptionally good demulsifying properties.

Oxidation inhibitors give high resistance to ageing, thereby reducing maintenance costs through longer oil drain intervals. Many of the requirements are exceeded by a large margin. Mabanol Helium Hyd HLP ZF hydraulic fluids meet the requirements of the steel industry for HLP hydraulic oils.
