Hydraulic oil in accordance with DIN 51524, Part 3, HVLP, CETOP HM
AVIATICON HV-ZAF 68 is an HVLP hydraulic oil with a special additive package, zinc and ash-free additives, for use in hydraulic systems with ultra-fine filtration.
The hydraulic oil based on mineral oil contains zinc-free anti-wear components, antifoam additives as well as oxidation and corrosion protection additives.
Filling of the units should be carried out according to VDI 3027 instructions. Cleans filling nozzles, filling vessels, drum pumps. If possible, fill via filters or filter pumps.
Behaviour against sealing material and hose materials tested in accordance with DIN ISO 13226:2015-12, DIN ISO 1817:2016-11 and DIN ISO 7619 (HNBR, NBR, AU, SI, FPM, PTFE, conditionally CR).
