 AVISTA COMPRESSOR VDL 46 is a sustainable and resource-saving compressor oil and the best choice for a sustainable future. Due to the almost waste-free base oil manufacturing process, which contains the patented ESR-technology and uses valuable oils as a raw material, this product helps to protect the environment, health, natural resources and the climate in the long term. The base oil that is used in the corresponding proportion demonstrably saves up to 1.530 kg/t CO2 eq compared to conventionally manufactured products. This product is AVIeco® qualified. AVISTA COMPRESSOR VDL 46 is based on paraffinic base oil and modern additive technology. Effective zinc and ash free components guarantee optimal lubrication and long term protection against oxidation. To minimize wear it guarantees sufficient lubrication at high operating temperatures as well as low temperatures. Selected additives minimize carbon residue formation which might otherwise lead to ignition. The product is characterized by good viscosity-temperature behavior and reliable corrosion protection.
